How long does shipping take?
Most orders are delivered within 5–12 business days depending on your location. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

When should I replace the rollers?
We recommend replacing the rollers every 2–3 months depending on usage frequency and skin condition.
Are the replacement rollers reusable?
Yes. The rollers can be cleaned and reused until they naturally wear down.
Are the refill rollers compatible with all Heelvion devices?
Our replacement rollers are designed specifically for Heelvion devices.
How do I change the roller head?
Simply remove the old roller and snap the new one into place. The replacement process only takes a few seconds.
