Shipping Costs

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 1–5 business days for tracking information to update.


Delays

Heelvion is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • weather conditions
  • carrier disruptions
  • incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
  • other circumstances outside our control

Incorrect Address Information

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been shipped, we may not be able to issue a replacement or refund.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Heelvion is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

We will review the issue and provide a suitable solution.
